All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, but delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Coppermine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If an issue arises, please contact your local postal service first before reaching out to us.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which Coppermine is not responsible for.
