All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. Typically, orders arrive within 2–3 business days, but delays can occur due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Coppermine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If an issue arises, please contact your local postal service first before reaching out to us.
All sales are final. However, we do make exceptions in certain cases, such as:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item
If the item is damaged upon arrival
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, contact coppermine@coppermine.is within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or wear-and-tear after use. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have it resent.
